Pure Finger® Inventor John Gresens
An avid sailor and chemist, John Gresens developed the idea for Pure Finger® while helping with disaster relief efforts following Hurricane Irma in the Virgin Islands. Gresens was not only saddened, he was frustrated: when it came to an affordable, portable device that could deliver potable water to a single residence or an entire neighborhood stricken by this terrible disaster, nothing existed. There were extremely expensive devices suitable for industrial applications, and there were everyday hardware store devices that could decontaminate a single gallon with a flask or dispenser.
Pure Finger® was established by Gresens to bridge that gap in truly life-changing ways. The water desalination and recycling system, and the brand’s consulting services, are tailored to institutional and residential needs, and can even be designed for military relief efforts.
